My personal opinion is that this layout looks better with the default scrollbar so I decided not to include scrollbar colours. The layout fits for resolutions 800x600 and higher and has been tested with Internet Explorer and Mozilla. The Usage Places where you should edit are marked with HTML comments in the coding. I advise you not to touch the structure of the layout as I had quite a strange way of coding it... /img has all the image files used in the design. index.html is the page with your content. style.css is the CSS stylesheet. Nothing too hard to follow. Any questions please post in the forum.
